Nice pool and sea view, near center, great breakfast, beautiful building, amazing walks on the Lungomare.

Friendly staff, service location and facilities

The staff at the reception were very nice & helpful! The outdoor pool & areas surrounding the pool are large & very nice. The indoor pool/jacuzzi is just inside from the outdoor pool so it easy to go back and forth between them. The beach area is also close to the outdoor pool. There are some nice rock formations just off the hotel which make for some good snorkeling. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of Opatija, so it is easy to go out for dinner without driving.

The breakfast does not seem to be 5 star quality. We have stayed at many 4 star hotels in Croatia with better breakfasts. Parking in Opatija is expensive (5 kuna/hour min, even on weekends) so if the hotel doesn't have free parking (like this one), it can add up. We stayed in the Villas and to get there from the hotel (which is the only way) you have to go up and down stairs, which is a pain with a stroller. Same for the beach--the only access from the hotel is with multiple stairs.

Beautiful Views and Dining Options the view of the coastline was breathtaking from our room. the dining room offered a wide variety of choices for breakfast and dinner. It was easy to find, right near the beach, and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax on by the pool.

Room and Expenses We were disappointed with the room size and lack of amenities. There was no kettle for hot beverages and no bottled water provided.

The hotel is great. Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The swimming pool and the views were great as well. Price was also good. But we had a major problem, air conditioning was not working, and it was very hot during the night.

Instead of being in the Villa the hotel decided to upgrade us to the hotel with seaview. Did not like anything about this hotel at hotel. It is an ugly square concrete block full of buses full of tourists.

The sea view from the balcony was stunning and it was great to be able to walk along the coast to town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample and tasted fresh.

Paid parking was unexpected and expensive. The Wi-Fi was spotty and did not reach our balcony.

It's a great hotel on the border of the sea. From the room we had a view on the sea and there were regular concerts at the restaurant. Perfect for romantic stay. Nice smimming pool inside and outside and direct access to the beach.

You will appreciate less if you come with small kids and you will need to climb up and down 20 stairs without any facility.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is incredible, situated right along the Lungomare promenade, allowing for beautiful seaside walks. The service provided by the staff at the reception desk and the chambermaids was exceptional, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious breakfast.

This hotel has a great location close to the promenade and offers stunning Adriatic Sea views. the lovely park nearby provides a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stroll. the facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool and a private beach to enjoy. the daily breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to start the day off right and the room service is unbeatable.

The hotel’s parking fee is a bit pricey.

Excellent facilities with pools and Wellness Centre, location is fantastic with great views on the Adriatic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the coast was perfect, and I loved being able to walk along the promenade. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the indoor and outdoor pools were great. The staff was also very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a very pleasent week here. Staff at the reception was more than friendly , always available to help, reply on any question and really all best word for hotel staff, since they are very professional.The room was very good, has enough space, big balkony's and it is very clean. Food was excellent. I would higly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay and relax..
